PACE: Path to Equity in Cancer Prevention for People Living in Prison

Improving access to vaccination and cancer-preventive services for incarcerated and socially deprived groups across Europe.

PACE is a European initiative aiming to implement effective evidence-based interventions to reduce the burden of cancers related to Human Papilloma Virus and viral hepatitis in adults and juveniles in European carceral settings.

Through participatory methods and innovative intervention models, the project strengthens health equity, improves prevention pathways and supports the integration of good practices across European prison health systems.
